Chapter 1.1

Christian Thurbone and her brother Spencer grew up with everything they ever wanted. Bridgeport had been good to their family. Generations of celebrity had insured they’d lived the charmed life as children. Knowing that neither of them wanted the fame and recognition they left the day Christian became an adult. With their meager savings they’d accumulated through teen jobs they bought a modest house in the countryside of Riverview as far as they could get from the bustle of the big city.

It was the perfect place to pursue their passions. Christian was determined to collect as many things as she could. Everything from insects to space rocks. She would have a gigantic collection one day she was sure of it.

Spencer on the other hand was determined to become a master hacker. So far he’d only been able to hack a few simoleons but he was sure soon enough he’d make much much more. 

Being new to the neighborhood some sims stopped by to welcome them. Christian hoped that it would be a great opportunity to make some friends but June Shallow left almost as soon as she introduced herself and the two men were slightly creepy.

The older gentleman  turned out to be extra creepy over staying his welcome and awkwardly hitting on an uncomfortable Christian. She was very relieved when he finally excused himself. 

Since they hadn't had time for groceries they decided to go out to dinner. Both of them hoping to meet some nice sims. Christian of course was hoping for romance. 

In fact the moment someone caught her eye she pounced. He introduced himself as Hal and instantly she was smitten. She'd always been an impulsive sim something that had always led her to heartache in the past but she was certain this would be different. 

Hal turned out to be a police officer a fact that only encouraged her attraction more. He seemed to take a liking to her as well laughing as she told him a joke and listening intently as she rambled on about collecting. 

Her brother on the other hand was not getting so lucky. He attempted to strike up a conversation with June but she abruptly yelled at him and stormed off laughing menacingly. He decided to head straight home.

Christian was having a lot more luck. Hal responded positively to her flirting and even returned with his own pick up line. Her heart was a flutter already. 

She felt so bold she even tried for a kiss! That however was a step too far for Hal who rejected her and immediately left. Christian sadly walked home sure she'd ruined her one chance at true love.

A/N 

Back at it again! It is killing me not being able to continue with my old Legacy but I just moved and have no idea where my portable hard drive with them on it is. Not to mention until I get a new PC I can't even try to load that save. So this Legacy for now will be pretty much CC free with the exception of Mods cuz lets face it I could never play without those!! That all being said here is generation 1! As always this generation will be slow and probably rather boring I usually hit my stride in generation 2 when its not all trying to make enough money to build a house and all that jazz. Plus I rolled the same career for both of them and its rather grindy so unfortunately that will hinder the story. And I am supppppppppper rusty lol. I haven't played sims 3 in about 2 years so it's like I'm learning all over again. I've missed it though! Sims 4 is nice but being limited in the world makes it kind of stagnate for me. Plus I miss being able to customize everything! Ok I'll stop rambling lol thanks for reading! :)
